DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. The cost of shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

Easy. You can either send us an email here, or you can message us on Twitter or Facebook. Our merchandise team are based in the UK and our office hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.

WHERE DO THE PROFITS GO?

We are one of the largest anti-bullying charities in the world. As part of our revenue generation, we sell merchandise to fund our crucial anti-bullying support services. 100% of the profits from your sale will be used to pay for things such as Digital Mentors, who provide one-to-one advice and support and web hosting to keep our support materials live.

WHY MERCHANDISE?

We have fun designing our merchandise with the belief that people will have fun wearing it and spreading an important message of equality and unity towards a world that is fair, equal and free from all types of bullying.

ARE THE CLOTHES TRUE TO SIZE?

Pretty much, yes. We do have sizing guidelines on all of our product pages, but if you have any questions - feel free to ask!

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

It happens to the best of us. You have 28-days to return your items, unworn and in their original state for a complete refund. No questions asked.

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNT?

Yes we do. If you are a reseller or would like to use our merchandise at an education event, please get in touch to find out more about volume discounts.

WHY DO YOU ONLY HAVE CLOTHING FOR GUYS AND GIRLS?

All of our clothing comes in unisex sizes by default and so there is actually no difference, unless otherwise stated, in clothing that is marked as male or female. The reason we categorise our products in this way is because our research shows us it makes the product easier to find and as a result, we are able to raise more funds to grow and maintain our support services. We are completely respecting of chosen pronouns and appreciate that some customers may not identify as being either male or female, which is why most of our products are available in unisex sizes.
